You are applying for both at the same time ........ but all to and through the embassy

Call the High commission at Abj to confirm ... however it is important that you apply and submit early enough

Also, do I have to submit my original waec certificate or a result print out is sufficient?

I did mine using WES free online tool. I can't say for sure that it's 100% accurate but it'll help you know what percentage range your result is in.
I hope this helps.

Really sorry for the delayed response , I have been writing exams

1. sincerely I dont know how - just estimate it
2. is pdf format not allowed ? You can reduce size of pdf docs online. just google it, you would find free online converters

I really hope you have been able to solve this - either way thats my ans above, I hope it helps

I did not use/submit secondary school transcript - only waec

Print out of the application, photocopy of all your documents and passport photograph

If you have letter of recommendation from your referee - Take it along ( although I never submitted that even during the interview)

Just take whatever you can especially those you uploaded

2018...but my result was withheld till June 2019.
I went to my school but they said my certificate and that of my classmates who had the same issue, is not out yet.

I really do not know how it works ooooo but they dont judge based on only A's

A good result only helps increase your chances just like entering a university even in Nigeria

do your part and submit - then wait
