Governor, if you're flush with revenue, how about paying down some of your debts or set up a rainy day fund for the state?

Lagos is positioning itself to be a Tourist centre.That means there is much needed investment in entertainment infrastructure. People of culture complain there is nothing to do in Lagos besides going to clubs or bars and they have been heard. Great move. Theatres can also be used for film screening and should help the movie industry. If that sort of thing is rolled out across the country we have a whole new industry and a potential growth of the night economy for those who will provide food drinks and transport.
Cinemas do not have to be of the scale of Silverbird to be viable
