Every Lagosian - if not every Nigerian - has at one point in time received the rather infamous 'crazy bill' from their respective power distributors. This bill can simply be referred to as that ‘heart-attack-inducing bill’ that in no way correlates with your actual electricity usage.
Well to address this issue, power distribution network, Ikeja Electric has revealed what could be the cause of the crazy bills. According to the company, “not being classified under the proper 'customer classification' category can be a contributing factor to wrong electricity tariff.”
