Please help a friend is in need of a cele church he can visit for counselling, but he is afraid of making a wrong decision.

How can he know the genuine cele to visit, and what signs can he watch out for.

I remember going there once with my mom and they saw a "vision" for her to bathe me in one river like that. The day we went there I saw one man tied to a tree receiving serious floggings.

They said they were trying to chase the evil demons in him out because he was always acting crazy. Maybe psychiatric issues
