Logistics for troops in war. The same problem experienced by US, Russia, UK, Germany and France in theatres as diverse as Vietnam, Falklands, Iraq and Afghanistan. Only four years ago they were raising the issue in the UK Parliament. It is a very common problem. Only amateurs make issues out of it.
