Hi - A renewal is for thesame VISA type, I have never needed a UK visa but i assume you will need a new application for a Tourist VISA but u can indicate that you travelled previously on Biz training.

Also, remember they have your fingerprint and can tell when you applied, arrived the UK, etc, just apply and be honest, As far as you travelled and returned, you should get the visa,

For tourist visa, hope your visit is not more than a 2 weeks, cos you will need a FAT account and hotel reservations, etc
