[b]President Obasanjo swears in new ministers: creates new ministries and reassigns ministers .[/b]President Olusegun Obasanjo today in a major cabinet reshuffle today swore in new ministers and announced the reassignment of most serving ministers.
With this new arrangement certain ministries were created out of the existing ministries and merged while some ministries will henceforth be manned by 2-3 ministers

Interesting. Kayode won't be happy in his new ministry. He will miss aviation where he had the opportunity of shouting at ambassadors and threatning foreign airlines to submission.
