This is not for the faint-hearted. According to the source, this thief was caught somewhere in Abuja, infact The claim is that he travelled from Lagos to Abuja to steal and then got caught. Watch How they tied him and dragged him on the floor. This is a mild form of jungle justice I believe, not saying it is right.
