Going by this eye-witness account, the policeman ought to be dismissed from service and charged with culpable homicide punishable with death. He was on duty at Zenith bank in Zaria and said to be intoxicated . He had a misunderstanding with a soldier and started shooting. He shot dead a fellow policeman and this young man who had gone to use the atm. The hausa poster advises the authorities to be selective about the policemen assigned to do public duty while bearing arms. RIP to the dead.
