If you monitored Emmanuel Tv For about 3 years before the recession You would have heard Tb Joshua talked about recession coming . Even though each time he gives the impression it's the following year. But it didn't come until last year. If you really monitored those prophecies ,he was very clear . Saying every one should titghten their seat belts because there's going to be serious economic problem .He warned the government to exchange oil for technology. Instead of spending and wasting . He said people should start stockpiling food . They should avoid waste , cut their coat according to their size. He also . Even though the recession didn't start the year he prophesied . But each year he kept making reference to it saying . Remember I told you last year , so and so is coming . Tighten your seat belt , cut your coat .. . . .etc However a prophet may not be perfect in delivery or even understanding his own prophecies fully.

im not talking about the election. one can miss it in prophecy. you get the signals by impressions ,flashes ,pictures and some times visions and audible words. even with that it takes training to interpret it accurately. thats why the bible says prophecies can be judged.

but if youre talking about the collapsed building you can't blame him for not knowing. he could be one of the ways God humbles us
