Looking for a new or rebuilt power steering rack for a 2002 Toyota 4Runner 4WD.

From experience, its preferable to buy a brand new steering rack. After replacing mine (2000 4runner), four times (with tokunboh) and kitting (rebuilding) twice within the last 14 months all to no avail. I eventually bought a brand new steering rack for just 50K and hoping this lasts. I had to consult with Oga Gazzuz on the matter when I felt I was being shortchanged by the mechanics due to the rapidity of failure of the tokunboh parts. He made me realise that as the replacement parts are quite old themselves, as such it is difficult to ascertain the degree of wear.

I was not aware of Aspamda. I did a search and was pleasantly surprised.

PS: They said N65k ($130) but still better than me lugging one from USA and at $200 plus fees.
