Hello folks. I presume we all know what the term 'snoring' means. Snoring is something a large number of people are guilty of. A research showed that 3 in every 4 people snore in their sleep atleast once every week. Also, females tend to snore more than their male counterparts. Snoring can either be HEAVY or LIGHT. Makes me remember two of my former roommates. Hmmm.. Chairmen can snore so much they could win a snoring competition. Make I no lie even me sef, as I fine reach cool, I do snore atimes. gringrin On rare occassions ni sha o.

It can be very annoying and displeasing, and a very huge turn off to witness someone snore, be he/she your lover, spouse or parent.
The most intriguing part is that people who snore aren't always aware they do so (while asleep). Most atimes a second party has to relate it to them.

Brings me to my question:WHY DO PEOPLE SNORE? Is it normal? And lastly, How can one stop/cure it?
