It's clearly written on the screen that it's stolen, and that it should be returned. So, criminals now openly market stolen phones here.

SMH, so pity where the wisdom of Nigerians has gone too. This is 2017 for God sake. Would you get the phone without I unlocking it. I used Samsung find my phone app to lock it due to cases of it be stolen. I pray u receive brain.
