Is trouser Africa attire? How do you judge Urhobo and Ijaw men who wear wrapper like their women? What about the British men who wear skirt? Trouser for men is shaped for men trouser for women is shaped for women. Same goes for wrapper etc. When judging dont forgot that some part of the world the weather are extremely cold.
