JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction in contacts with customers, either in person, by phone or any other medium.
Creatively and effectively all customer complaints in line with company approved standards.
Ensure that contact flows are under control through the use of dedicated CRM tools and their optimum utilization.
Participate in the setting of parameters affecting the Customer Relationship Management Tools.
Ensures timely and accurate submission of operational statistics on all key areas of performance as agreed for planning purposes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences and any other related disciplines from a recognized institution
A minimum of 1 years work experience.
A good practical knowledge of customer service procedures.
Good communication and negotiating skills.
A good team player, enthusiastic and intuitive
Ability to work with co-professional from different nationalities.
Fluency in English at working levels.
