He is there already, but an Electrical Engineer would have been the best for this position.
Bros, forget that thing. Do you have to be an electrical engineer before you can wire your house? we need competent people who would make sure jobs paid for are carried out.

Imagine a lawyer inspecting an Engineering Project. A cabinet formed after six months by Buhari.

Your many professors of electrical, mechanical and power engineering that were there for several years, where is the light they produced?

i still dont understand this our thinking in nigeria about ministers....

they are mainly managers..its a leadership position..bulk of engineers will be in the ministry doing the real work

Dr Carson isnt nominated for health Secretary
Jeremy Hunt is from pr n media background

should we only vote for political science grads as president and senators?

That you can wire your house means you have gone extra mile to being an apprentice before being qualified.

The same person that says it is not a rocket science and it can work out within 6 months.

Yes, he has zeal for the job, and it might be get done with additional extra efforts among PAs.

A manager with less or no understanding of the power sector might be more concerned about the cash drive.

A managerial skill is what every individual should possess.

An Engineer as a manager will be more proficient.

I have not condemned and wouldn't condemn Fashola - he has the zeal for the job.
