Next time you intend Buying a land in Nigeria, i kindly advice that you engage the service of a Land Surveyor to ascertain if the land is free from government acquisation (i.e. that the land does allocated to the government) and also to help you with the professional survey required for your Land.

Also whenever you want to engage a Land Surveyor, kindly ask for their registration details with the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors ( NIS) or THEIR authority to practice.

We have registered and legally authorized Land and Estate Surveyors to help you on any land or Property issue you might have. Our surveyors are registered with the Nigerian Institute of surveyors and are not mushroom or un-professional surveyors.

IFyou fail to use the right Land Surveyor, your red copies will not be found in the Lands Bureau and you will eventually encounter a lot of difficulties when processing your Cof O ( Certificate of Occupancy)
