The causes of procrastination include but not limited to:

*Low Energy Levels
*Lack of Focus & Fatigue
*Helplessness in the face of complexity.
*Rebellion and laziness
*Low Motivation
*No knowledge of startpoint

Many are times in life the actions we fail to take yesterday eventually hurt us in the nearest future.

There is time for everything in life just like there are purposes. Let your time match your purpose, only then can you have a successful life.

Procrastination is the mother of all limitations, the arch enemy of ogur dreams and aspirations.

Nip that procrastination in the bud, delay is dangerous, make hay while the sun shines.
