The only good building you can see around the area is his own and his brothers own. Just go to Nkwu Mbutu market, been the Mbutu market you will cry for the traders, the one structure around the market is PDP Secretariat, now all the Federal Government projects has been abandoned. Namely; Chokoneze airport road, Umuhu, Mbutu, Uvuru road, Mbutu police station, Mbutu Secondary School stadium, Mbutu nwe orie to Nkwu Mbutu market road, no community hall.
