Nicholas Sarkozy's Summary Of The African Problem by Nobody: 2:36am On Jan 15, 2017
" The tragedy of Africa is that the African has not fully entered into history ... They have never really launched themselves into the future, "

Sarkozy said in the address at Dakar's main university, leaving many students opened-mouthed.

"The African peasant only knew the eternal renewal of time, marked by the endless repetition of the same gestures and the same words," he said.

"In this realm of fancy ... there is neither room for human endeavour nor the idea of progress."

I suspect it's the usual western chorus. Something to do with democracy, blah blah. He should advise France to let go of its African colonies and their minerals undecided

Yes my country is a hell hole I know that but a reason why is not because of what he says.

The reason my country is a hell hole is a number if other reasons colonial brainwash is one reason u see this chancellor here is a product of that. Who in the right mind would allow colonials access to their top bright minds in such a way?? The man simply is sad excuse.

Nothing but the drooling of a crooked failed politician.Had the French judicial system been like the U.S. system this guy would have been impeached for extorsion long time ago.

The half -French half- hungarian should focus on why his immigrant dad dodged the draft during the French IndoChina ( Vietnam ) war.

Before his dad came to France, Africans saved this country twice from Germany. Instead of thanking us , he is barking to hide his failed tenure.
The French were not impressed that was why he was kicked out of office after one term and failed to come back in the last primaries.

He is a failure who came from nowhere thanks to Jacques Chirac's naïve handling of the Center Right. What he is saying is not only dishonest, it is also a big joke. Why doesn't he talk about the proxy wars the E.U funded in Africa on purpose to secure the stereotypes.

Sarkozy received suitcases full of cash from Libya’s Gaddafi, businessman says
Just days before a crucial French presidential primary, former President Nicolas Sarkozy is facing fresh allegations that he received millions of euros in illegal campaign financing from the late Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi's regime.

An investigation into the case, involving funding for Sarkozy’s successful 2007 presidential campaign, has been underway since 2013.

In a video interview with the investigative website Mediapart released Tuesday, a French-Lebanese businessman, Ziad Takieddine, said he delivered three suitcases from Libya, containing 5 million euros in cash, to Sarkozy and his former chief of staff and campaign director, Claude Guéant.
