Here are a few foods that will answer the question for you. Begin eating these today and you will see results breathtakingly soon.

1. Instead of eating white rice, you should replace it with brown rice or wild rice. These alternatives have a lot of great carbohydrates, as well as added vitamins and tons of other benefits. They really do begin burning the stomach fat off of you, so I think you should make this switch rather early.

Don't try to change too much about your diet at once. You will go into shock and will associate the new diet with a "bad feeling." Smaller steps will make sure that you keep them going FOREVER. How does that sound? Lifelong weight loss. You can do it if you take it in with small steps.

2. What foods get rid of belly fat? Overall, I would have to say vegetables. If you had to pick one group, that would be it. They have natural compounds within them that physically eat away at your stomach fat. Broccoli & cauliflower are the two that come to mind the most, so I really think that this is the way to go. If you can have a little each day with dinner or lunch, you will begin seeing results very soon.

3. If you are still eating a lot of sugary things then you should put them down. Cereals included. Replace these with oatmeal (a great snack and very healthy,) or sweet potato, or just any other foods that have a lot of good carbs and lower bad carbs.
