Diamond bank is notorious for all kinds of fraud and I don't know why ppl still go there. the technique is simple- Slow down services and soon the hall fills up. Turn of the A/C so there is heat and frustration, then bring in a well dressed 'helper' who knows the other way out. |

This is de- marketing So u are saying that the bank itself is purposely carrying out this fraudulent activities? That is definitely untrue. BTW, this same story has been repeated severally. I doubt it happened atall |
