Hi guys,

For past four days, i tried to link my gt bank atm card (the only card on me right now)
to nigeria paypal which i created some months ago. I got rejected on several occasion.
After putting in the necessary details, i always got This card is not accepted.
Please use a different card. popping up. If you have encountered this form
of issue before and got it ressolved, i would be very grateful if you can help me out
on the same problem. Thanks in advance.

P.s: i have contacted paypal help desk most time, they seems to never give a Zap
