The newly sworn-in President of Gambia, Adama Barrow addressed Nigeria as republic of Nigeria in yet another blunder by an African President.

It could be recalled that returning from his tour to Germany, President Muhammadu Buhari addressed the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel as President and at the same time referred the country as Western Germany.

Also, the recent inauguration of Ghanaian President witnessed sparked international uproar, following alleged uplifting of paragraphs from speeches of some past American Presidents.

These and many more leave us in doubt as to whether african presidents censor speeches before delivering them.

Nigerians make una no too vex. If we can forgive Buhari's army for "mistakenly" bombing IDP camp which lead to the death of people, why can't we forgive this one that did not cause one hair from anyone's head to fall?
