1. Who made you the judge and decider of which Nigerian is exceptional or not?
2. The reason this pic is notable is really very simple. a) we wear their clothes but they don't wear ours so when one of them wears ours it is noticeable. b) it moves from noticeable to notable simple because of the particular person who is wearing it: the British high commissioner to Nigeria. In his position, it is no longer a fashion statement but a communique of good will and respect towards the Nigerian people from the British High Commissioner, creating the necessary atmosphere for close relations between the two nations.

3. Extreme nationalism is a form of inferiority complex.
