My catholic catechism says, "okwukwe na_enweghi ezi olu ruru aru",meaning that prayers wtout good work is null and void.
Mr emir and Gov Ganduje should build more schools,encourage birth control,discourage religious extremism,and finally accept Jesus as Lord and master in their lives.
That is what d north needs now,they have prayed enuf already.
