...thats not how things are done...did the pilot acted on his own will, i doubt. It should be known if a snr commander instructed otherwise, or it was a system failure or sometimes can be a bloody mistake considering we are not as sophisticated as other countries and maybe logistic issues....shit like this happened in afghanistan severally when US planes bombed a hospital and a village or even syria by russia planes.....You dont just arrest pilots as if dey carry bomb and drop for idp deliberately
