There is a reason why d indigenes of southern or northern Dakota in US insisted that they would never allow d US take a pipeline underneath their lake or any water body on their territory because there is still a risk of a spill but I was infact pointing out the error in the report that suggested that environmentalist cheered on the idea of burying a pipeline. An environmental activist won't even support oil exploration much less the passage of a pipeline under a water body which would wreak more havoc to that river if it ever spills.

Erm I am a passive one-I believe in environmental activism and I think we should all be activist, but I am passive because I haven't actively engaged in any activist activities of recent. But I certainly believe in the cause.
