It used to happen all the time, especially in the cars section. A dubious dealer is called out, denies,, is exposed, forced to make amends. After the thread is cleaned and the process repeats again with an unsuspecting new buyer.

Most of you are in the same league. Dubious, unprofessional, disrespectful to clients once money has changed hands and incapable of competent after sales service.

No one coming hear and reading the barrage of curses will buy from ffocus. I am fairly sure you are no different. So it is in your interest all this is swept under the carpet. Of course in addition to this people like you, who make money from ignorance, dislike informed and empowered customers. How else can you sell dumb 8 year old bravia TVs at 80k?

This afternoon I was rudely reminded of why calling out so many of these sellers is so necessary. A friend had told me he needed a laptop a week ago. I had referred him to someone only for him to call me yesterday to ask for help on activation of a laptop his wife had bought.

Every laptop has a hardware windows key in the bios, but yet these laptop sellers will insist on pirating windows on when they sell the laptops. Maybe so they can collect maintenance fee

You should have seen the s**t laptop they sold to my guy dell xp3 13 99. A laptop from 2015 i5 m 4gb and something had happened to the keyboard and palm rest so it was covered in weird felt and an even weirder keyboard the like of which I had never seen before. 200k for a piece of rubbish that should not have been more than 75k.

Fooking scammers. My guy had also wanted to buy a license for office 365 family (he needed it to also run on his ipad) , and some hustler had told him he needed to pay for 5 office licenses. I told him no, either you pay via ms store or buy from mega plaza/Park and shop. And that's what we did.
