one SKU of the 360 (the Xbox 360 Arcade) is priced at $199. The 360 pro and Elite still were priced at $299 and $399 respectively.

I cringe everytime you spout that bit of misinformation. and as i said before, it exposes your lack of knowledge when it comes to the Xbox 360 brand.
