Ugwumba Uche Nwosu was among the top dignitaries honoured by the great Youths Arewa Ambassadors made up of the top echelon leadership of the Northern Youth Groups.

The event took place during the One Day Peace Youth organised by AREWA AMBASSADORS CONGRESS OF NIGERIA (AACN) in collaboration with YOUTH ASSEMBLY OF NIGERIA at Agura Hotels, Abuja.

The theme: The role of Youths towards the restoration of Peace and secured Nigeria.

Presenting the award, the President of AACN, Amb. Alh. Esinrigunjo Musbaudeen described Ugwumba Uche Nwosu as a worthy candidate for the meritorious award, calling on all Nigerian Youths and beyond to see Ugwumba Uche Nwosu as an Icon of positive and focused leadership.

He went ahead to note that if Leaders like Ugwumba Uche Nwosu is seen in all strategic leadership strata, development of the Society will be faster than what we have now.

According to him, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, who he also described as a non-tribalistic upward Mobile Youth who has demonstrated unflinching passion towards taking youths to the next level.

In his words, he said: "I am not from Imo State but in the person of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, I see a secured future for the Youths and the entire Imo State. Ugwumba Uche Nwosu is a beacon which is a security and encouragement to the development of humans and infrastructure. I really envy Imo State.

Youths should rally round him and support his every vision because he has the interest of the Youth at heart."

Receiving the Award, the Chief of Staff, Hon. Ugwumba Uche Nwosu who was represented by the Chairman Nigeria Association of State Assembly Legislators, Hon. Alh. Kassim Muhammed Kassim thanked the organizers for the honour done to him. He asured that such acts of appreciation encourages him to do more.

He reiterated his unflinching support towards Youth Development and the Society at large.

Others honoured were: Former Governor of Jigawa State, Former Chairman, Federal character commission, Founder and Chairman of Atlas Oranto Petroleum etc.

Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Imo State Chapter led by the Deputy Speaker, YAN , Rt Amb Chikezie Nwadike on the invitation of the National Speaker, Rt Hon. GTC SAMUEL to witness the epoch-making event.
