What 'tone' is he expected to use? Must citizens grovel to speak to fellow citizens elected or appointed into whatever office? As 'constituted authority' abi wetin? Why do some of u always elevate elected officials and appointees to demigod status? How much respect do they have for citizens when they refuse to do their jobs? What is their tone when they keep mum even when they ought to speak and reassure the people?
