See How Kebbi Gov Atiku Bagudu Wasted Money Despite High Level Of Poverty In Kebbi

As shared by Yakubu.....

'These are dozens of assorted tricycles purchased since 2011 by then Senator Atiku Bagudu (now Governor Atiku Bagudu) as constituency project contribution to his people. They were parked at an outdoor government facility in Birnin Kebbi and left at the mercy of the elements and as you can see they have all become unusable. This is happening in a state with a high level of poverty and destitution'

our politicians are wicked, heartless , they don't have the masses in mind in a second. they are just there to loot and walk away. they keep on presenting budget every year without doing anything.

What do you expect when the voters keep selling themselves cheap! If you knew that to win elections was just a matter of sharing 5000 naira and a bag of rice, why will you care, next election you do the same thing.

Nigerians are funny, you want development without making sacrifices, you want a better life without making sure you vote for the right person.

Broz, this is small; even in the suburb of Abuja (Shere) for example. El-Rufai built over 500 units three bedroom flats for people whose houses were demolished at Karimu.

When he left the office as FCT minister, Aliero didn't do anything so is other minister. Nobody completed the work. Roof of some are now blown

OP, can you do us a favour by making this a new thread on it own? Perhaps, some of the people in government may wish to help us by reverting G such wastage or at least attend to this particular one?

Unfortunately, I'm not in Abuja now and not planning to go there soon but the village is Shere. All the houses are built, roofed, practically completed but still there wasting away

That's why they keep on going for treatment abroad to treat one weird sickness or another because of the money of the poor masses they are squandering and spending recklessly.
They make the masses cry, the money they stole will make their human system crash.

What a great definition of eradicating poverty
iukpe:

So it has not combatted poverty? Did anyone tell you that the people who imported these items are still poor? You are also combatting poverty by keeping the rich rich.

Later on, some pathetic ignoramus will come here and say is it your money or something stupid like that.
It's time we wake up and realise that Nigeria is a failing. We have ministers, senators, governors and a partially blind and deaf president without any sense of accountability, or responsibility.
when you were voting for rice sharing you didn't know

Is there's any tribe that is not impoverished.
Why are you talking in absolutes. Like saying the white man will never progress with the black man's backwardness. Do your own and stop waiting for Messiah

What kind of governance can be expected from this caliber of people?

no such thing as credible ppl. What you should be asking for is credible voters that will not sell their vote for rice

Rather than waste money like this, these politicians can do better by investing in people oriented projects yet get all the money they want. angry

So that you will not be hungry and they will have to spend a hundred times more to get you to vote for them?
Kebbi state has enough arable land that can be turned into a great agro industry...

I saw a pix of a modern farm in Norway where there's little soil for vegetation yet the people used solar energy to grow a large vegetation in the world's 1st solar farm!!!

Why cant our politicians use their brains? angry angry angry[/quote] why should they spend 100 naira when they can get voters with 1 naira

d masses in Nigeria don't demand accountability. Its not peculiar to d north.we prefer sensationalism and grammar. For instance, instead of condemning d presidents trip to UK under any guise,we are busying debating whether he is alive or not

His numerous trips have been condemned ad nauseam.

In his last public address to Nigerians Buhari looked and sounded very frail, then he announces that he's going to the UK for medical purposes and had to extend his stay because of the so-called health check - that is why his existence is being questioned, people are tired of this man who flies all over the world, only talks to the Western press and has done nothing to improve the quality of life for Nigerians.
