This leads to me ask, is it a protest or a political rally?

MOTHER OF ALL SUPPORT RALLIES BEING ACTIVATED.
This is a notice to all patriotic Nigerians on a rally in support of the policies & administration of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria scheduled for 5th of February 2017 nationwide.
