I have a FirstBank credit card with about 116,000 Naira loaded. I have about 31,000 left in the account. Just now FirstBank sent me an alert saying that 9,732.77 Naira has been taken as a repayment which didn't reflect in my credit card account. This money was taken from my current account. No such amount has ever been deducted. I want to know what this deduction is all about. Please I operate these accounts via FirstBank, Mission Road, Benin City. I obtained my credit card from Ekenwan Road Branch. Let genuine FirstBank staff contact me on WhatsApp for more details as I was not given any satisfactory reply. 08035096342.
