I will want desperate Nigerians who keep defending President Buhari and making excuses for every wrong action, misdeed and inaction of Mr. President to tell Nigerians why he has refused to forward the name of the acting CJN to the Senate for confirmation.

Onnoghen was sworn in as acting Chief Justice of Nigeria November 10, 2016. The 1999 constitution stipulates a maximum tenure of three-month in acting capacity.
The delay in sending his name to the Senate for confirmation has continued to raise fears about his fate particularly as he inches closer to the three-month stipulated tenure.

Is he confirming the rumoured allegation that his refusal to ensure the confirmation of the cjn is because he is from/not from a particular part of the country, or because he is, as taunted everywhere, a no nonsense judge, as such, not easily bendable by the powers that be.
