Following the re-submission of the name of the Acting Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, to the Senate for reconsideration as a substantive chairman, strong indications have emerged, yesterday, that problems against his possible confirmation have reared their heads.
