Hello Nairalanders please I would like to make an enquiry. I want to apply for a Chinese schollarship but I only have NECO result, can it be used or accepted in a Chinese University? |

dmostcheerful:NOPE... besides, guidelines should be on the site of the issuer for international applicants. Look for it and let that guide you. |
