The minister can't even take care of the church because he is not rich. And since he is not thieving minister. He's not lucky to have been a minister when stealing was not corruption.

Not renovating his church before the burial of his wife cannot exonerate him from the corruption of APC. They are always selling the dollar from the Central Bank at exorbitant price to the poor masses. Ask the minister, he will tell you.
