I always know BRF wont disappoint when it comes to infrastructure and works. What has really hindered his efforts is lack of funds. He had that in abundance while in Lagos and succeeded, but at the federal level, what he receives is far much lower than what he spends on infrastructure as the former governor of Lagos.
