2Face has taken to Instagram to announce the cancelation of the much anticipated protest on the 6th of February, through a video he released not quite long.

According to him, concerns for public safety is paramount.

His words read: 'Dear Nigerians!!! Due to security concerns and public safety considerations. I hereby announce the cancelation of the planned March.'

He does not necessarily need to sell out like the NLC. I sense pressure for God-knows-where.

Unfortunately, this is just about the best we could have gotten as far as protests are concerned. He has successfully scarred people with this cancelation.
