It is no news that President Gen(Rtd.) Muhammadu Buhari is away for a holiday. But, rumours of his extended holiday trip has filtered the news media.

What we demand is that his aides who are being paid by tax payers are duty bound to give unbiased, correct details of President Buhari's health conditions because they are under an oath to serve the country incorruptibly.
We want to state here categorically, that we shall call for their arrest and prosecution if after further investigation they were found to be giving false information to the Nigerian public.

We want to declare here, that the day Gen(Rtd.) Muhammadu Buhari was sworn in as the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria (and not President of Buhari family or Daura town) he seizes to be a private personality thus, every single detail of his movement, when he eats, when he sleeps, even when he goes to his other....has become the business of every single Nigerians because of our collective (most opinions may differ) powers/authority entrusted in him.

Therefore, we seek to know the whereabout of Mr. President and the real situation of his health so that the repeat of Yar'duah's saga will not reincarnate again.

We want to place the legislature, judiciary and the docile Nigerian masses that have bared the harsh economic policies o this regime on notice. To be alert and taking notes of the body language of Presidential aides that are duty bound to give Nigerians unfalsifiable information with respect to his supposed holiday/health trip as anything different from this will tantamount to administrative misconduct which is a criminal offence. This is necessary, so that we can guard against the event that occurred during former President Yar'duah's ill health state that resulted to many unofficial persons running the government to massively enriched themselves of which up till now they are yet to be prosecuted.

We hope President Gen(Rtd.) Muhammadu Buhari will come back to Nigeria soonest after collecting his test results and fix this country that his administration has reduced many Nigerian electorates and those who did not vote for Muhammadu Buhari to automatic wailers.

If it is not God who brought Buhari to lead this country, then, it is work of devil. If it is not devil, then, it is work of God.
Fellow Nigerians, let's not blame ourselves for choosing this man, we are not responsible at all, rather, God or devil

Even a baby knows something is wrong. There's a kind of conspiracy to cover up his unfitness* or incapacitation* or dem**e* so as to buy time to quickly loot the treasury.

For the sake of national security, if the presidency fails to convince the citizens the president is hale and hearty within 5days, the senate should begin the proceeding of an impeachment, and immediately swear in the vice president, Yemi Osibanjo, as the new president.

A provision in Nigeria's 1999 constitution talks about the health of the office of the president, his incapacity in office, and what should be done. This is explained in Chapter VI, Section 144. It reads:

Chapter VI, Section 144
(1) The President or Vice-President shall cease to hold office, if -
(a) by a resolution passed by two-thirds majority of all the members of the executive council of the Federation it is declared that the President or Vice-President is incapable of discharging the functions of his office; and
(b) the declaration is verified, after such medical examination as may be necessary, by a medical panel established under subsection (4) of this section in its report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

(2) Where the medical panel certifies in the report that in its opinion the President or Vice-President is suffering from such infirmity of body or mind as renders him permanently incapable of discharging the functions of his office, a notice thereof signed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Government of the Federation.

(3) The President or Vice-President shall cease to hold office as from the date of publication of the notice of the medical report pursuant to subsection (2) of this section.

(4) the medical panel to which this section relates shall be appointed by the President of the Senate, and shall comprise five medical practitioners in Nigeria:-
(a) one of whom shall be the personal physician of the holder of the office concerned; and
(b) four other medical practitioners who have, in the opinion of the President of the Senate, attained a high degree of eminence in the field of medicine relative to the nature of the examination to be conducted in accordance with the foregoing provisions.

(5) In this section, the reference to "executive council of the Federation" is a reference to the body of Ministers of the Government of the Federation, howsoever called, established by the President and charged with such responsibilities for the functions of government as the President may direct.

But, we hope the players in this process will play their own part and free the country from the clutches of vampires that are already bleeding the country dry as we speak.
