An arrogant man shd b disregarded, disrespectd, shund. Shd b completly evaded and unnoticd, distinct urself and mak him feel less important.

Yes, you need to define what arrogance means. How is he arrogant? Is it in the way he talks or the way he acts or the way he dresses or his demeanor? You need to put the pieces together before you can eventually decide he's arrogant.
