Well, then, Nigeria should promulgate a law whereby if you kill a Police dog in the line of duty its like you've killed a Police Officer. Thats automatic life in Prison. Thats how its done out here.

Next, the dogs should be trained to go for the jugular and aim for maximum damage when in pursuit of a fleeing, uncooperative suspect. Maybe then you'll learn.
