it is very important to note that the level of wastage of allocations going to refineries and nnpc is very alarming..it is unimaginable the billions of naira and dollars going into refineries and the Nigerian petroleum industries , salaries continually being paid to workers and officials in this sectors, even the lunch and breakfast they eat alone on a daily basis with other allowances would scare you, and yet the refineries remain moribund and you dont see them refining anything!!! this refineries arent functional, and even though they are, they arent productive and are not even meeting up to the capacity or need of pple across the state. this illegal refiners are even trying to help satisfy the crazy demand.., yet the refineries are invariably not productive, compared to the expenses being pumped into this sectors for over-head alone..like regular civil service work, they just come there doing nothing,....u should visit refineries and offices in the, portharcourt, kaduna....some dont even come to work atimes.. the refineries aint producing, yet they are collecting huge salaries with heavy lunch and breakfast/ allowances and yet refineries aint working or producing to even the barest average... u see some of them driving some of the best cars , including money from kick backs and yet it appears like a massive waste....some even go home, and when its lunch time, they come around and eat, and go back....(come to portharcourt refinery and see for yourself.).....what Nigerian civil service is all about, is still not clear to the Nigerian citizen... what is been done by head of ministries or whatever they call themselves to make this refineries functional or even the constructions of new refineries by fg or even the operations of modular refineries in this country, still remains a mystery...

Why not teach the burglar that came into your house to be a welder or carpenter?

Our government are confused, help these guys bring professionals and integrate them you see how fast we start refinning our crudes, since these guys have the zeal and knowledge for it. If u want to destroy it then build the legal one, only for the so called FG to still export it through their friends and colleagues
