Forget the Orisa, they've been there for a long time. The recent accidents at that point should be Julius Berger blame. They have abandoned those heavy concrete dividers carelessly on the road. These dividers are the culprits and not the Three Men.
It used to be some form of failed brake by trucks ramming into vehicles or a tanker falling, but now, it's mostly lone cars.
