I'm not a lawyer but unfortunately I doubt the constitution stipulates a limit, except it's established that he's medically unfit to govern. Not to worry though, individuals and countries learn from experience. Recall it was after Yar aduas saga that it became mandatory for the president to hang over power when traveling out on medical grounds . Most definitely in the near future when this is over the constitution will definitely be modified with a provision stating a maximum of days. |

As a private citizen he can stay as long as he wants but as Nigerian President be rest assured that if he spends over the stipulated 90 days allowed a Nigerian leader in foriegn land he will be impeached |
