Women are known to be gullible and more religious, it will sound awkward for women to be atheist in Africa.

Look who is talking about satisfaction with profession. You aren't satisfied with your profession at all that you had to imagine your self as a Doctor just so that you'll have some inner satisfaction. I know you've always wanted to be a Doctor, but for some reasons you never got to be one, so all you can do is just imagine yourself as one. You are the only Doctor I know with an imaginary medical certificate.
