My dear forget about motivational talks. Determination this and that. Many have done it, and sin still caught up with them. David sinned after years of knowing God. Job accused God when his travail seem unending. Apart from major sins sef, there are so many little sin people don't know they commit cus to them its normal. Thinking that an offended who came to beg the offender is a weakling (when actually it shd be d other way round)..that alone is a sin on its own. To say there are some people you won't greet cus of what they are or did to you is already sin. This self-esteem issue of a thing is actually pride if you look well into it. Cus if you depend on God in all, you wont even feel hurt for esteem reasons. Helpless addictions to drugs cant be stopped easily just because theyre sins. Sin run through our veins, only the Almighty God thru d holy spirit can help overcome it.

Jesus does not only save from sin he also gives the power to overcome it. Sanctification removes d nature of sin from man. The only role man has to play is absolute submission and admitting sin has power over you, so God can empower you above sin.

lies from the pit of hell. how can u preach against motivations and people helping themselves to achieve the better life. so one should just sit and watch God magically change you without putting your effort to study the Word, without putting ur effort to pray even when d flesh is telling you to sleep, lemme ask u, how can one overcome drug habits without tasking oneself to stop it?? how can u overcome sexual immorality when u dont make effort to stop watching porn with ur own fone and without discussing naughty stuffs that lead to fornication? The list is endless but none of this cant be done achieved without ur personal effort to fight ur way thru. I am a witness, I was once a drug addict and fornicator but I didnt just fold ma hands and watch God perform a magic spell over me to quit.... yeah I heard the true Word, and I accepted in my heart to quit my bad ways, I made a move by getting rid of my porn videos so I wont even get tempted by dem, I equally got busy with The Word of God that is Bible to know more of God and how best to please Him... I started attending fellowships that I dont used to and avoiding things that I used to that was never okay.... these and many others are all efforts I did and one to have to do to remain steadfast in faith. Stop turning the Word of God upside down and leading people astray, else u will pay for it someday. have a blessed sunday pal

Nothing is as satisfying as living above sin... Lord I am grateful for the grace to reconnect with u. The sin the devil has used is taking us away from grace is fornication, gossip and malice. Especially fornication! No sin drains the power and grace of God in a mans life like fornication. I pray God help us that believe to overcome, and them that doubt to believe.

My guy.....you have correctly missed it, again.....you re still preaching the same ting.... The. Same ting they hav bin hearing over N over again. Of which at the end of the day, they still go back to their old ways. The truth is ppl need something stronger much much stronger than the holiness preaching....Dont misqoute me, it is not that holiness is wrong, but how do u sincerely live holy in this sinful world. My brother better pastors have preached the same word u re preaching, far better than you N yet ppl still go back to sin. The truth is this, this is the only way, the one and only true way to live above Sin, the only way is to Love God....to love Jesus. You see once you love som1 genuinely, you can even give up ur life for them, love is the most powerful N superior force in this whole univers. For God so love th world that he gave his only Son. You see once you love God no one needs to tell you this or that, you dont need to remember or memorise any commandment or some set of religouse rules N regulation. Automatically your paths aligns with that of christ, sin becomes hurtful, it becomes. Unbearable N unthinkable. LOVE is the only way to heaven the only way to defeat sin N the only way to everlasting Life.

o yes I quite concur to this, am not a good practising christian,but I believe sin is already In the nature of man; all we should pray for as christians concerning our spiritual life is that may God's grace never depart from our lives.
