Focus: Nothing Changes

WORD FOR TODAY
No matter your experience, behaviour of men towards you and the advancement in the world system; the fact still remains that God is the same both in principle and personality!!!

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8 NIV).

Irrespective of the reasons behind your actions the fact still remains that the expectation of God over your life remains unchanged.

It is possible that you have gone astray and fallen into sin; the fact still remains that nothing has changed as far as God is concerned. His love for you is still intact and never take pleasure in the death of a sinner. You only need to repent and turn back to Him like the prodigal son.

Similarly, you may have cogent reasons for compromising your faith. To you, it is situation of this life that gave you no option. Nevertheless, to God, nothing has changed; He knows those who are His, if you must be for Him you must depart from iniquity (2Tim 2:19).

Your own case may also be like that of Moses who was made to sin against God by the people he was leading. This also does not change the requirement of God; He is not a respecter of any persons; He only accepts those who fear Him and work in righteousness.

+ What has actually changed in your life ever since you claim to have surrendered your life to God?

Prayer Point:
Lord! I receive the grace to consistently follow you all the days of my life in Jesus name. Amen!!!

Main Emphasis:
If you must change it should be towards the unchangeable God in His principles.
